湖北省“十三五”城镇污水处理及再生利用设施建设规划出台 全面提升水环境治理能力

（一）加强组织领导。各地要将城镇污水处理及再生利用设施建设纳入经济社会发展规划，明确责任分工，建立部门协调机制，确保目标任务落实。
